Nichole SullivanNichole is a psychologist working in the mental health and drug and alcohol fields, with great experience in public mental health, NGO Youth Drug and Alcohol Services, and in the corporate sector as an international consultant to high risk industries. A leading voice in the area of youth mental health and drug and alcohol, Nichole has spoken at international conferences on the topics of drug and alcohol and mental health treatment models, engagement of young people, setting up communities of practice for clinicians and the use of creative mediums in treatment.

Changing the way our community sees mental health and drug and alcohol issues, is Nichole’s driving purpose, and her career highlight to date, was being called to give expert testimony to the State Senate Select Committee inquiry into drug and alcohol treatment.
