People from all walks of life will challenge the thrill seeker within themselves to abseil the AMP building at Circular Quay, all to raise money for Sir David Martin Foundation we have been 'helping youth in crisis’ for the past 20 years.
Kitty Flanagan, from the Network Ten's The 7pm Project was the first to head the call and brave the 26-storey AMP Skyscraper. "Climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge is 'soo, like, yesterday.' Anyone who's anyone these days knows it's all about attaching yourself to a rope and dangling off the AMP building. This is an extremely rare opportunity to not only abseil off a Sydney city building, but to do it safely AND without being arrested. And if anyone needs any further encouragement, you can also get to do it supervised by uber fit Navy dudes wearing fatigues, so it's all very cool ... right up until they put the nerdy looking (but compulsory for safety reasons) egg shaped helmet on your head, then you feel a bit less hardcore and a lot more hard boiled. But its for an excellent cause, so who really cares?" said Flanagan.
