Legacies and Bequests

By remembering the Sir David Martin Foundation in your will, you will be helping young people to rebuild their lives. Many kids have no home, no love or family support and your gift can turn this around to create a much happier future.

Sir David knew the difference one bequest can make. In his time as Governor of New South Wales he saw the devastating impact of homelessness on young people's lives and used his will to do something direct and enduring about it. Only four days before his death in 1990 he arranged for the establishment of Sir David Martin Foundation, a legacy that has brought hope, help and comfort to countless young Australians.

You can do this too. No matter how large or small a bequest in your will would be greatly appreciated and make a mark on the future of young Australians physical and emotional wellbeing. For more information please download 'How to Make a Bequest to the Sir David Martin Foundation'.

To find out about leaving a bequest to the Sir David Martin Foundation please email Kate Morison or phone on 9219 2079.

Be a Part of the ‘Lady Martin Society’

Lady Martin Society is a special group of Australians who have generously chosen to make a bequest to Sir David Martin Foundation.

If you inform us of your decision to include Sir David Martin Foundation in your Will, you will immediately become a member of the Lady Martin Society – a discrete group of supporters who have taken this extra step to secure the happiness, health and survival of Australia’s future generations.

While many Lady Martin Society members prefer to keep their arrangements private, we do, at the very least, welcome the opportunity to thank you in person and discuss how the Foundation might serve you best in future.

For more information, please download 'How to Make a Bequest to the Sir David Martin Foundation'. To find out more about making a bequest to Sir David Martin Foundation and becoming a part of the Lady Martin Society please email Kate Morison or by phoning 02 9219 2079.

To assist your solicitor or legal adviser, here is our suggested bequest wording for your Will.
